CCR Information Session for Teachers in the Pacific Islands, August 9th

It has always been a goal of Learning Endeavors to reach beyond our home of Hawaiʻi to other Pacific Islands to share our Champions of Coastal Resilience approach to learning, and we are finally doing it! We are excited to announce on August 9th we will be holding a free, virtual CCR information session from 7 PM - 8 PM HST (or for those of you in Guam it would be August 10th from 3 PM - 4 PM ChST, due to the time difference). The event will be open to science teachers of grades 4-12 in the Pacific Islands. During our hour together we will be sharing some exciting upcoming professional development opportunities, as well as some innovative resources that you can use in the classroom to teach about climate science, coastal field ecology and taking action. You can register to attend the event here, and visit our Programs page to learn more about some of our focuses at Learning Endeavors.
