Diana Papini Warren

Executive Director

Diana Papini Warren brings a wealth of innovative education program development and management experience to Learning Endeavors. She has developed and taught multiple online and hybrid online/face-to-face courses for teachers as well as for students. Prior to starting LE, Diana Papini Warren was a Project Manager for Maui Economic Development Board, Inc., where she developed and launched two successful and thriving science education programs for schools statewide: Island Energy Inquiry, a science curriculum for grades 5-8 that comes with kits and a comprehensive professional development program, and, the GeoTech for Hawaii Schools, an initiative providing resources and training to teachers statewide on Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Global Positioning Systems (GPS), and Remote Sensing. Warren has published peer-reviewed papers on both of these efforts as a result.  Prior to this work, she worked for Akimeka LLC and led the development and launch of a successful mobile science and technology education program on Maui: The Maui Digital Bus, leading the initial science curriculum development which focused on field-based, environmental topics including wetlands, watersheds, and coastal ecosystems. Warren also worked for the Hawaii Department of Education as the STEM Resource Teacher, supporting innovative education strategies that integrate science, technology, engineering and math in twenty schools. She served as Director of School Engagement for Hawaii and the Pacific for Project Lead The Way, a national non-profit organization providing K-12 STEM programs. Warren holds a Certificate in School Leadership & Management, an M.S. in Education, a B.A. in Human Ecology, Secondary Science Teaching Credential, and a Certificate in Online Teaching and Learning.
