Learning Endeavors is proud to present our three day hybrid online and in person WETLANDS CAMP for grades 4-6! Join us as we investigate wetlands through our online platform, as well as a field trip to Kealia Ponds National Wildlife Refuge.
This is a wonderful opportunity for campers to get a taste of what it is like to be a scientist in the field! They will learn about the importance of wetlands to the health our environment, and our communities by conducting hands on experiments, using citizen science apps on iPads while in the field, doing a bird count, and sculpting birds out of modeling clay.
The camp will be held March 17-March 19, from 8:30am-11:00 am (with the exception of the second day which will last until 11:30 am due to the field trip). The cost will be $150 per camper and will include a Wetland Citizen Science Kit and a T-shirt.
