Presentation at National Estuaries Conference

Learning Endeavors Executive Director, Diana Warren, presented at the Restoring Americaʻs Estuaries Summit in San Francisco, CA in September. She shared the story of the Champions of Coastal Resilience Initiative scaling beyond Hawaiʻi to include other Pacific Island communities: Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, and Palau. Diana shares the use of GIS in coastal resilience analysis as one of the strategies in the train-the-trainer course facilitated that was the basis of the Champions of Coastal Resilience expansion.
